Do you create customized proposals? What information do you need to prepare a quote?
We need to know the date, town, location, required models, and quantities. If you would like us to ship the items to you, please indicate this. This is essential for us to provide you with a quote without any unexpected surprises later on.
Can you deliver outside of Spain?
YES. Our lamps are rented worldwide. We can also handle the round-trip transport of our lamps to any country.
If I decide to rent a crystal chandelier, do you offer a transport service?
For a minimal fee, we can transport the lamp directly to the installation site. We have specialized trucks of various sizes available.
How can I hang the chandelier myself?
Clear, step-by-step assembly instructions are included with each chandelier to help you install it safely. Our staff will also explain how to hang the chandelier securely.
Is it safe to hang the chandelier above a crowd of people?
Every crystal chandelier features a fall-proof safety anchor. Even if the chain were to break unexpectedly, the safety anchor would keep it secure, protecting anyone underneath.
Is it possible to install a crystal chandelier anywhere?
Provided there is an anchor point engineered to support the weight of the chandelier, there should not be any problem.
Can you take care of hanging the chandelier(s)?
No. For each room, banquet hall, or auditorium, there is usually a venue manager who is familiar with the setup and the most suitable anchor points for it. Only our Mega crystal chandelier comes accompanied by a specialized installation crew.
Will the lamp fit through a standard-sized doorway?
YES and NO. The Type-1 chandelier fits through a standard doorway. For all other models, a double door is required.
I only actually need the lamp for 1 day, but it would be convenient for us to install it the day before. Does this increase the price?
NO. You do not pay rental fees for that day. It is clear that you need time to decorate your venue.
I am not a company. Can I rent a lamp as an individual?
Anyone can rent one of our chandeliers. Private individuals are also welcome at our company.
I want to rent more than one lamp. Is there a discount?
NO. A discount only applies for an extra rental day. This discount is 50% for the extra rental day.
I want to rent more than one lamp of the same type. Are these lamps identical?
YES. Crystal chandeliers of the same type are all identical.
Are the rented crystal chandeliers usually lamps that have suffered some form of damage?
Our chandeliers are all in perfect condition and completely undamaged. The chandeliers are handled with great care, which is why they do not suffer any damage.
Can the crystal chandeliers be installed in a party marquee?
If the marquee structure has an anchor point designed for the minimum weight of the chandelier, then yes, it is possible. Please request information from your marquee supplier.
I rent crystal chandeliers quite frequently. Will I have a dedicated contact person?
